Refund policy

Thirty days, no questions asked. Email hello@insomniareset.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Not medical advice

Insomnia Reset is an educational program designed by a clinical psychologist. It is not a substitute for in-person clinical care. If you have a sleep-related medical condition (sleep apnoea, restless legs, parasomnia, narcolepsy) please work with a clinician alongside the program.
